September's off to a great start at the Laubach house! Vivian had her first Spirit Day as a Centennial Buffalo!!
Wearing her school shirt and a "tattoon" on her cheek! (I love that she accessorized herself with bracelets on both arms and a necklace - her Great-Great-Grandma and namesake would be So proud)!!!
Loving her school spirit!
Although G's recovery from major back surgery August 17th, is going really well, it has been a long and intense last few weeks. The girls weren't able to go see him until this past weekend but they have been praying for him daily and cheering him on with fun signs and messages.
We traced the girls on butcher paper and they colored them and wrote messages to G. I took them on one of my visits and we hung them on the walls around the house to encourage him as he began to walk.
Vivian's Messages: You're Awesome G! I love you! You Rock! G, I hope your back gets better soon! Keep walking so you can get more strength! (And yes, she posed herself for the drawing)!!
Addison's Message: Run fast and get your boo boo better! Don't get the flu! I love you up to Jesus! You are the best G! I will never stop loving you!
Rhett taped this message from the girls one day and it has provided us with lots of laughs!!
No, Addie hasn't been beat up. She did her own make-up using blue and green washable (THANK GOODNESS) markers!!
We love you up to Jesus G!! We are so proud of how great you are doing and will keep praying for you daily as you push through the pain. You will be walking circles around us before too long!!
