What a vacation! I don't care how old you are there is something magical about Disneyland!! We had an awesome trip!! This has taken me a while to post because I was trying to narrow it down. We managed to take over 300 pictures but I've widdled it down to 32 of my favorite pictures and 5 video clips! Enjoy...
Rhett was already in Anaheim for a conference so the girls and I flew out to meet him on Saturday afternoon. They did so good in the airport keeping up with pig and duck and staying right with me. We had two flights and landed in Anaheim at 10 p.m. (midnight our time!). Luckily, Daddy was right there to meet us at baggage claim and drove us back to the Disneyland Resort.

Posing with the "Grass Mickey" right outside the hotel Sunday morning
Right when we entered the park we saw all our favorite Disney friends!! Of course we had to have our picture made with all of them!

This was on Father's Day. Everywhere we went in the park that day, all the employees would stop and tell Rhett "Happy Father's Day!" He even got a special button to wear! We love you Daddy! Thanks for sharing your special day with us on vacation!!

Dumbo was our first ride. Vivian was a little nervous standing in line but by the time the ride started she was nothing but smiles and giggles!! It was the perfect first ride!
Another highlight was visiting the princesses. You stand in line for what feels like eternity and wait to see 3 of the 7 princesses. You have no idea which 3 you will meet. While in line the girls decided they were dying to see Snow White. Since we have no control...I spent the time in line praying that she would be one of the princesses and what do you know...she was the first to greet the girls when we rounded the corner! Thank you Lord for the little thrills!!

What takes so long in line is that when you get to meet the princesses they each take time with you by yourself to give hugs, talk about your trip, their dresses, then take pictures! It was definitely worth every minute of the wait to see the girls' giant smiles and listen to them interact with the princesses they love!
The video with Snow White
The next princess we met was Sleeping Beauty. One the girls both like but as you can hear in the video Addison was still very caught up in the fact that she'd just met Snow White!! It was hilarious!

The girls talking with Sleeping Beauty...about Snow White!
The last Princess we met was Mulan! Vivian has been on such a Mulan kick lately that it was awesome! Both Vivi and Addie can sing all the songs from the movie by heart and love to watch it over and over!

The girls with Mulan who even sings a little of Vivi's favorite song from the movie...I'll Make a Man Out of You!

The girls taking Mickey's car for a spin! We got to walk all through Toontown and in each of the character's houses. It was so cool to see how much detail they put into each of them!

The girls with Minnie's mailbox

Resting on Minnie's bed

Ahh...the tea cups! The female's favorite ride of all! Daddy wasn't sure he had the stomach for the cups so the girls and I went first. We loved them! The faster we spun the harder we laughed! There are probably a lot of people who don't have the stomach for them because this was about the only ride where there was rarely if ever a line...this was the only ride we went on twice! (Daddy braved it the second time and I'm proud to say he did great!)
This is the video from our first tea cup ride. If you listen close you can hear Vivian laughing above everything else!!
The family waiting for Fantasmic to start! It was an incredible show combining fireworks, characters and water. We had great seats!

At the end of the show a giant boat drove right in front of us that had ALL of the Disney characters on it, waving and singing...This is Vivian waving back!
