Party Time!!

This weekend we got to celebrate G's 60th Birthday!! G and Mimi came over Saturday for the party. Rhett grilled delicious steaks that we ate outside because it was so beautiful. After dinner was cake and ice cream and present time! So much fun!!

Sunday we went to the final performance of the Lion King! It was awesome! We had great seats and although it was right in the middle of nap time the girls did really good.

Addison, the superstar, really enjoyed the first half. At intermission I asked her if she was liking it and she said Yes! Then I asked if she wanted to see more to which she replied - no! She didn't see much of the second half anyway, she fell asleep during one of the first songs and slept until the end of the show!

Vivian had the most comfortable seat in the house. G thought it was funny that the ushers suggested we get her a booster seat - Why would she want to sit in a hard plastic chair when she could recline on her G's lap!??

After we got home and everyone got in comfy clothes it was time to get busy... Mimi helped Mommy begin to decorate the girls rooms inside and G and his helpers went outside to try and fill in some of the low spots in the yard. I'm not sure how well the stroller worked at smoothing the dirt but at least there was great effort behind it!!
