Family Day at the Zoo in LOTs of Pictures

If you were thinking of going to the zoo sometime soon but didn't want to fight the heat or the crowds - these 5 billion pictures will make you feel like you were there! Sorry, we had so much fun - I couldn't possibly pick favorites!
Daddy took the day off and we all went to the zoo together! We had a blast!! As you can see...
We walked up to the sea lion show right as it was starting. The girls thought that was pretty cool!

We rode the carousel...

...waving at Daddy every time we went by!

You can always tell when Daddy's taking the pictures -
he gets creative!

Say Rhinos!

On the bamboo trail

The jaguar was napping but was at least nice enough to sleep by the fence so we could admire him!

The grey wolf. G - We took this just for you!!

Rhett and I both burst out laughing because while we were standing here looking at the wolves Addie is calling them like they are dogs and then says - Hi Wolves, I'm Addie and this is Vivi - Come here! It was adorable. I managed to record it the second time around...

The black bear was putting on quite a show!

I think this was an elk of some kind but he was right near the fence and letting us all stare while he ate lunch. You wanted to reach out and touch his antlers they looked so soft!

This is what Addie was pointing at

Snow Cone time!!

The gorillas are always a fav of ours

Addie was on a roll today...here she is tickling the gorilla!

Addie pointing out the gorilla sitting in the grass

Daddy getting clever with the camera again...you can see the gorillas through Vivi's arm

We finally made it to the dinosaur exhibit! They were huge and although the exhibit was a little rough because it's temporary the girls loved it! The dinos move and roar and neither of the girls were the slightest bit scared. You can see how huge the T-Rex is behind Daddy!

Maybe it's just me but I think that's the cutest dino billboard ever!

This is about 10 minutes after we left the parking lot....

Thank you Daddy for going with us!! What an awesome family day!!
