Easter Celebrations

The celebrating started early for Mommy this weekend. Mimi came to town on Friday afternoon for Aunt Manmae's bridal portraits (WOW! She is a gorgeous bride! I say wow - not because this is surprising but because when you see her this is about all you can say! Get ready Uncle Adam)!!! After that Mimi stopped by the house and when it was time for her to leave the girls climbed in the back seat of her car. Vivian fastened her seat belt and said Let's go Mimi!! Then suddenly she realized she didn't have anything else to wear so she said Hold on and ran inside to get a nightgown and ran back, jumped in and said GO Mimi GO! It was hilarious. Long story short, we moved the car seats, packed them both a quick overnight bag and they went home with Mimi to surprise G! Vivi told me I could wait for Daddy who was flying back late and could come see them "next week".

Sunday morning we woke up and the girls got to open a few presents. We didn't have an Easter bunny that visited - instead we opened gifts to remind us of the Greatest Gift God gave us!

Addison took a laid back approach to opening her presents even stopping to chat on her new Ariel phone!

After church my cousin Emily and G.Gram came over. The girls were so excited to see them. Vivian ran straight to Emily when she walked in the door and gave her a bear hug! She hadn't seen her in so long.

As soon as Vivi woke up from her nap we loaded up and went to see Granny, Papa, Lance, Jenny, Noah and Paden in Tulsa. Addison (who refused to take a nap earlier) was sacked out in the car when we got there so she slept through our visit but Vivi had a great time playing with Noah and Paden.
