Christian Vivian!

This was the greatest weekend and it wasn't because Rhett and I got to go to Dallas with great friends and cheer the Cowboys to a win...

As fun as our weekend was, the greatest moment was coming home to a beaming Vivian who told us she had asked Jesus into her heart!

The girls spent the weekend with Mimi and G

Mimi had a book about salvation that the Children's Pastor at their church had given out. Vivian asked to read it, asking questions along the way and then prayed, admitting she was a sinner and that she believes Jesus died to take away her sins and asking Him to be the Lord of her life.

She marked on all of our calendars that November 13, 2011 would be her best 13 day ever! When she came down the next morning I said - Vivian, what do you want for breakfast? She grinned and said, Don't you mean Christian Vivian?!!

Thank you, Mimi and G for being ready to answer her questions and for her special cross necklace. And thank you, Kaycie Craig, Vivi's former teacher and a very special friend, for talking with her about her decision and making sure she fully understood.
